These terms govern your use of the Best Option Solar Solutions website and contractor portal. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

The services

We provide solar permitting, plan review, and installation-support services to licensed contractors and homeowners in our coverage areas. Specific deliverables for your project are defined in a separate engagement agreement.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into contracts.

Acceptable use

Don't do any of the following:

• Use the services to break the law or infringe on anyone's rights.
• Upload content that you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the platform's security.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service beyond what's needed to use it as intended.

Fees

Fees for permitting and related services are set out in your engagement agreement. Portal access is free; fees apply to the permit and professional services we perform on your behalf.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is". We do our best to keep the platform secure and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every permit will be approved. Permit outcomes depend on the reviewing authority.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that create risk to other users, to our operations, or to our legal compliance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
